ABOUT US
Leos of our club & our Lions have been closely working through out making the best out of everything. Our Lions have rendered a great support in every aspect which one could name. More than everything the guidance they have given us in the journey of becoming a very successful club in a short lapse of time is massive. Our Leo advisor Lion Bddika Weerasekera has helped us to maintain a strong bond between our Lions Club and our fellow metros. We are proud to express that we have done more than….. joining hands with our Lions club & was able to win an award at the District Conference which was held on June 2014 becoming the 1st Runner Up for the Most Outstanding Project with the Lions Club. We are proud to have been blessed with a very helpful set of Lions & we will be working with them in future times to come to work towards the betterment of our community.
LEO VISHAN GUNARATHNE

Leo Vishan embraced Leoism in 2011 joining as a member to the Leo Club of Mahanama College. He was able to become a Director in the following year playing an important role in the club fulfilling various responsibilities.He then joined Leo Club of Nawala Metro after concluding his School Life & he was the Chief Coordinator of the Club.He served as the Installation Ceremony Chairman of the same year doing a very good job in the success of the first ever Installation Ceremony of the Club. He was also an Activity Director for the District Council & the Secretary of the 9th Annual District Conference. Also a member of the steering committee of the 36th Multiple district Conference. He was among one of the top 21 Leos who were awarded at the Mid Year Review of the District. This year as the President of Leo Club of Nawala Metro he has done a tremendous job in the success of the Club so far. He served as the Chairman of the Leo Mass Induction for the Leoistic year 2014/2015.He has completed his education from Mahanama College Colombo. During his school Life he has held various responsibilities as the President of Sinhala Literary Association, treasurer of the Media Unit and so on. He is currently a Student of Aeronautical Engineering at Sky Line Aviation.He is the proud son of Mr & Mrs Gunarathne.His father is a businessman & is mother is a house wife.He has a sister who is still Schooling.

Leo Kalana embraced Leoism in 2011 joining as a member to the Leo Club of Mahanama College.
